Business adopting robots for new tasks

Computerworld, the IT magazine for senior IT leaders, recently published an article which examines the rise of automation robots and their impact on the workforce.

The publication discusses if machines will take jobs away from blue and white collar workers, and traces developments to date. The article highlights the use of software robots to handle routine business processes, which can allow enterprises to reduce their reliance on offshore outsourcing.
