Industry analyst Horses for Sources (HfS) provide an framework for assessing the organisation and functional maturity of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in service provision.

Categorising four levels of maturity and seventeen elements covering different aspects of RPA strategy or operations the model aims to provide clarity for service providers as the transition RPA from tactical initiatives to strategic integration.
