Thoughtonomy is extremely proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for The GSA UK Automation Project of The Year Award, recognising Thoughtonomy’s work with European outsourcer Computacenter and the delivery of the Virtual Workforce® into Computacenter’s Next Generation Service Desk.
The Global Sourcing Association Awards (GSAAs) now in its Thirteenth year recognises and celebrates the efforts of companies who have demonstrated best-practice in outsourcing.
Kerry Hallard, CEO of The GSA commented. “This is without doubt the most competitive year ever in terms of submissions; the quality of case studies evidencing outsourcing excellence across aspects such as relationship and contract management, innovation, service delivery and collaboration has made the judging process an extremely challenging one. Those buyers and service providers who made the shortlist should feel very proud to get this far as the bar has been raised considerably. “
It looks to be a promising year for Thoughtonomy as this becomes another shortlisting for the project which utilised Thoughtonomy’s Virtual Workforce®. The Virtual Workforce® enabled Computacenter to deliver over 89% automation of addressable activities, and increase online service interaction from 9% to 61%. The solution also delivers real value to clients across 9 European countries in 27 languages.
