Automation case study

Case Study: FMCG

Challenge
Launched in the early nineties, this leading UK food manufacturer had reached a growth milestone that required them to run a 24/7 service. Their service provider believed it was impossible to automate this process, due to the complexity of the task and commercial restrictions.

Solution

Using virtual workers, we automated a variety of expert tasks that were otherwise considered impossible to automate. By automating these processes, this food manufacturer can now run a 24/7 service and is making savings of 500k annually.
