Case Study: Retail

Challenge

This multinational retailer was looking to simplify a complicated process of reporting on credit on millions of customers. The information required to produce DSAR credit reports involved accessing data on an inefficient legacy mainframe system. Even though the system was inefficient, the retailer could not replace this system and began searching for an automation solution.

Solution

Our team configured an automation to emulate the human worker producing a DSAR report. By automating this process, this retailer reduced reporting time by 91% and produced an annual saving of £300k.
