Unite BT Partners with Thoughtonomy to bring Robotic Process Automation (R.P.A.) to Turkey


Unite BT has signed an agreement with Thoughtonomy to bring Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to Turkey.  Through this partnership using Thoughtonomy’s  innovative as-a-service automation platform Unite BT will offer enterprise clients the ability to significantly lower costs, improve business efficiencies and enhance operational performance by the implementation of a “virtual workforce”.

The partnership will enable Unite BT to leverage the Thoughtonomy Virtual Workforce® to provide enterprises in Turkey with an end to end solution identifying, designing, building and managing automated process as service together with consultancy and support.

The unique cloud based platform has already rewritten the rules on how clients can drive operational efficiency, accelerate digital transformation and improve customer satisfaction, without the need for tools replacement, integration or coding. Globally the platform is being leveraged by organizations of all sizes both private and public, in activities from customer service and support desks right across to back office administration.
